By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Additional written terms may apply to a

3. Intended Audience and Eligibility
The current Services are intended primarily for adults. Individuals under 18 may browse general content only
with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal
majority where you live, to make a purchase, enter a binding agreement, register independently for an event or
service, or submit materials for publication. Children under 13 may not submit personal information through the

3.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use our websites or emails, we or our service providers may automatically collect limited technical
information, such as:
• Internet Protocol address, general location derived from the address, browser type, device type, operating
system, and language settings.
• Pages viewed, links clicked, referral source, date and time of access, and similar usage information.
• Cookie identifiers and information about whether an email was delivered, opened, or clicked, when those
features are enabled.
3.3 Information from Other Sources
We may receive information from service providers and third parties that support our operations, such as website-hosting and email platforms, form providers, analytics providers, payment processors, retailers, distributors, event platforms, and social-media services. We use such information only for the purposes described in this Policy or as otherwise disclosed when it is collected.
4. Educational, Inspirational, Spiritual, and Reflective Purposes
ALA and The Soul Echo Way™ provide educational, inspirational, spiritual, and reflective information and experiences. The Services are intended to support personal reflection, self-awareness, wellbeing, and personal development. They do not promise or guarantee any particular personal, emotional, spiritual, relational, medical, professional, or financial outcome.
5. Medical and Mental-Health Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: The information, practices, reflections, breathwork, meditation, energy- or sound-related content,
and other resources provided through the Services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, counseling, or
other clinical services. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental-health
condition, and they are not a substitute for care, advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified, appropriately
licensed medical or mental-health professional.
You should consult your own licensed medical, mental-health, or other qualified healthcare professionals
whenever necessary or appropriate, including before beginning or changing a practice that may affect your health. Do not disregard, avoid, or delay seeking professional advice because of anything you read, watch, hear, or experience through the Services. ALA does not prescribe medication or direct anyone to begin, change, or discontinue medical or mental-health treatment.
If you believe you may be experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate
emergency service in your location immediately. The Services are not an emergency-response or crisis service.
6. No Professional or Fiduciary Relationship
Your use of the Services does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, counselor-client, attorney-client,
financial-adviser, fiduciary, clergy-penitent, or other licensed professional relationship. General information is not individualized professional advice. Any separate professional service must be established through a distinct written agreement with an appropriately qualified provider.
7. Personal Responsibility and Safe Participation
You agree that ALA is not responsible for you deciding whether to use and how to use these Services. Practices
should be approached gently and within your own abilities and circumstances. Stop or modify a practice if you
experience pain, distress, dizziness, shortness of breath, worsening symptoms, or other concerning effects, and seek appropriate professional assistance. Do not use a reflective, breathing, meditation, audio, or visual practice while driving, operating machinery, or performing an activity that requires full attention.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Services and their content are owned by or licensed to ALA and are protected by
copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. This includes, without limitation, text, books, excerpts, articles, curricula, practices, methods, worksheets, Gifts, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, audio, video, designs, compilations, page layouts, and brand elements.
All Love Awakening, The Soul Echo Way™, Soul Echo Way™, JoySeconds™, Daily Return Point™, Soul Echo
Return™, Soul Echo Pause™, Soul Echo Hug™, related names, symbols, taglines, and logos are trademarks or claimed trademarks owned by ALA or used by ALA with permission. Nothing in the Services grants a license to
use any trademark without prior written permission.
If you believe that any content hosted on or distributed through the Services infringes your copyright or
intellectual property rights, please send a written notice of infringement to our copyright contact at
love@soulechoway.com containing: (a) a description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (b) the exact URL or location of the material; (c) your contact information; and (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
9. Limited Personal-Use Permission
ALA does not grant the right to use, extract, scrape, or mine any content, text, media, or data from the Services
to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or develop artificial intelligence, machine-learning, or automated algorithms. ALA
expressly reserves its rights against data mining and text extraction in accordance with Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790 and similar global laws.
ALA grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to access the Services and
download materials expressly offered for personal, noncommercial use. You may print a reasonable number of copies for your own use when the material permits it. You may not remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other notices.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, adapt, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create
derivative works from a substantial portion of the Services.
• Use ALA content, methods, Gifts, worksheets, or practices to provide a paid service, class, training, certification, publication, or commercial product.
• Scrape, systematically extract, archive, or compile content or user information by automated or manual
means.
• Use content to train, fine-tune, benchmark, supply, or develop an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning
system, dataset, or model, except as expressly authorized in writing.
• Use ALA names, marks, logos, or trade dress in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or ownership.
• Circumvent access controls, security features, or usage limitations.
10. Fair Quotation and Sharing
You may share a link to a publicly available page and may quote a brief passage for commentary, review,
scholarship, or other legally permitted fair use, provided that the quotation is accurate, not misleading, not used
as a substitute for the original work, and includes appropriate attribution to the identified author and source.
Permission is required for broader excerpts, translations, course packets, commercial uses, or repeated use.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to:
• Violate law, infringe another person’s rights, or encourage unlawful conduct.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defame, or discriminate against another person.
• Transmit malware, malicious code, spam, unauthorized advertising, or disruptive material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or restricted areas.
• Interfere with the operation, security, integrity, or availability of the Services.
• Submit content that you do not have the right to submit or that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, confidentiality, or other rights.
12. Messages, Reviews, Testimonials, Stories, and Other Submissions
You retain ownership of original material you submit. A private inquiry, message, or personal story does not automatically grant ALA permission to publish it. We will seek appropriate permission before publicly identifying with a testimonial, story, photograph, recording, interview, or similar submission.
When you knowingly submit material for public posting or promotional use and approve that use, you represent
that you have the necessary rights and permissions and grant ALA the license described in the applicable submission form, release, or written agreement. We may edit an approved testimonial for length, grammar, or clarity without materially changing its meaning. We are not required to publish any submission and may remove published material at our discretion, subject to applicable agreements and law.
13. Gifts and Downloadable Materials
A “Gift” is a complimentary resource offered without a purchase price. Gifts remain protected by intellectual
property law and are licensed only for the permitted personal use described in these Terms. Receiving a Gift may require an email address or other information disclosed on the request form.
14. Purchases, Retailers, and Direct Offerings
Books or other products purchased from Amazon, IngramSpark-connected retailers, booksellers, app stores, or
other third parties are governed by the retailer’s terms, fulfillment practices, and return or refund policies. ALA is
not responsible for a third party’s inventory, delivery, payment processing, account security, or refund decisions.
For a product, program, event, membership, retreat, or service sold directly by ALA, the price, payment
schedule, cancellation terms, refund policy, access period, renewal terms, and other material conditions will be
disclosed at or before purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital content is licensed rather than sold
and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. No automatic renewal will be imposed unless it is clearly disclosed
and authorized.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, applicable
law may provide a right to cancel certain distance purchases within 14 days. For paid digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, you may be asked to provide your prior express consent for delivery, downloading, or streaming to begin during the withdrawal period and to acknowledge that you will lose the
applicable right of withdrawal once performance begins. Any required consent, acknowledgment, and
confirmation will be provided during the purchase process. Nothing in these Terms limits any withdrawal,
cancellation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Prices displayed may or may not include local taxes depending on your location. Where applicable under local law, Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or sales taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout based on your country of residence or billing address.
15. Third-Party Services, Links, and Embedded Content
The Services may contain links to or embedded content from third parties, including systeme.io, Google services, YouTube, social-media platforms, Amazon, IngramSpark, payment processors, event providers, and other websites. A link or reference does not necessarily mean that ALA endorses every statement, product, policy, or practice of that third party. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and you use them at your own discretion.
16. Affiliate and Sponsored Relationships
ALA may occasionally receive compensation, commissions, complimentary products, or other value in connection with a recommendation, affiliate link, sponsorship, or partnership. When applicable, we will provide a
clear disclosure. Compensation does not guarantee a positive opinion, and readers remain responsible for their
own purchasing decisions.
17. Accuracy, Availability, and Changes
We strive to present thoughtful and accurate information, but content may contain typographical errors, comissions, outdated information, or differences of opinion. We may correct, update, withdraw, suspend, or
discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available,
uninterrupted, secure, complete, or compatible with every device or system.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of
any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non
infringement, accuracy, or results. Ala does not warrant that the services will meet your expectations or that any
defect will be corrected.
Some authorities do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those authorities, the exclusions apply only
to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee,
right, or remedy conferred on you by local consumer laws (such as the Australian Consumer Law or EU
Consumer Rights Directive) that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or
modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or
modified. Where liability may lawfully be limited, it will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALA and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees,
freelancers, contractors, authors, presenters, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data,
goodwill, or opportunity; or personal decisions or actions taken in reliance on the services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ala’s total liability arising from or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid directly to ala for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) if you paid nothing directly to ala. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALA and its owners,
incorporators, directors, officers, employees, contractors, authors, presenters, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from
or relating to: (a) your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your
infringement or violation of another person’s rights; or (d) material you submit, except to the extent a claim
results from ALA’s own conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of the Services when reasonably necessary to
protect users, enforce these Terms, address suspected misconduct, comply with law, maintain security, or
discontinue an offering. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will survive.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any court proceeding arising from these Terms or the Services will be
brought in a state court located in the City of Richmond, Virginia, or the United States District Court serving Richmond, and each party consents to personal authority and venue there.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law principles. However, if you are an individual consumer acting in your personal capacity residing in the EU, UK, or another country whose laws mandate local authority or consumer protection standards, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, and you may bring legal proceedings in your local competent court.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as our Services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations change. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. When appropriate, we may provide additional notice or obtain consent. Your continued use after a revised version
becomes effective and constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where law requires another form of
consent.
24. General Provisions
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum
extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. ALA’s failure to enforce a provision is not a
waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of an organizational restructuring, merger, financing, sale, or transfer of assets.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any offering-specific written terms constitute the entire agreement
concerning the applicable Services.
